A DROP OF TOMORROW

As part of Chanel’s upcoming launch of their new Chanel No 5 perfume packaging in the shape of a drop, I worked alongside a team to design an experience that merged AI (ChatGPT 4.0) as well as peresonalised customer interaction. While initially planned to be a fully personalised chat experience, it was finally simplified to enable the perfect smooth-sailing user experience.
I worked on the visual code, as well as the experience design for the interactive Chat Bot.
